Prior to her partnership with Steven, Kelly was the top grossing agent of Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach Residences.
Her clients range from local and international including CEO’s, executives, hedge-fund managers, and vacationers who all have praised her hard work, commitment, knowledge, negotiating skills, and warm persona. Originally from Ascot, Berkshire England, Kelly obtained a BSc in Mathematics with Statistics at the University of Southampton.

Steven has established himself as one of Fisher Island’s top luxury real estate agents over the past decade. He also has years of expertise in the Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach markets. Licensed since 2006, Steven started out working on acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate at Marcus & Millichap. It was here that he honed his skills evaluating and analyzing investment grade properties. After discovering an opportunity in the South Florida luxury condo market, Steven helped form The Luxury Team, one of the top luxury real estate firms in South Florida. Years later, he founded Fisher Island Brokers as a division of The Luxury Team to prioritize the flourishing and upscale Fisher Island real estate market.
